Why Fitness is so important in Women's Health?

Women across the nation are beginning to recognize the effects that their weight has on their overall health. Obesity can contribute to a variety of severe health conditions such as heart disease, breast cancer arthritis, diabetes and infertility. Women's Health Studies conducted by the Centers for Disease Control indicate that an estimated 65 percent of adults are either overweight or obese. That's why today, more than ever, it is imperative that women exercise for a minimum of half an hour three times a week, as recommended by doctors
